Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund.

Due to the heavily discounted and surprise nature of Mystery Boxes, all Mystery Box purchases are final sale. Damaged or incorrectly fulfilled items remain eligible for replacement or resolution under our standard customer service policy.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Once product is received a refund will be issued.
